Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To secure your date and time, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Please read the following cancellation terms carefully: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. This holds your session date and time and covers initial planning and preparation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled shoot. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any additional payments made. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and may be billed for the remaining session balance. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we’ll do our best to work with you. If you need to reschedule, we’ll try to accommodate your new date based on availability.
